Time is precious.  We realise this more the less we have.  Our goal is to create value-driven cultures within yachting, where all crew can thrive through access to the wisdom of those that know how to support them the best.  

The Superyacht Mentor was founded by Richard Orme after spending 30 years in the superyacht industry, from crew member to yacht manager, to owner's rep to yachting entrepreneur. 

Now an accredited UK government mentor, he has lead yachting professionals all his career, worked with hundreds of captains and crews, and guided many owners to achieve their point of success in yachting.
